1. Services and scope
Services include product information, accounts, inquiries and ordering where available. Product and order notices and applicable law govern payment, delivery and returns. Availability may depend on country, language and product.
2. Publication and changes
These terms are publicly accessible without sign-in. Changes, their effective date and required notices are published in accordance with applicable notice and consent rules. Unfavorable changes are not arbitrarily applied to existing transactions.
3. Registration and accounts
Members must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Email registration or available Google sign-in may be used after completing the relevant privacy notices and consent steps.
Protect passwords and account access methods. Google authentication is also subject to Google’s conditions. Accounts are not automatically merged merely because their emails match; linking requires authentication.
4. User responsibilities
- Do not impersonate others, misuse accounts or register false information.
- Do not submit unlawful, infringing or harmful content or attachments.
- Do not bypass security or access restrictions or disrupt the service.
- Do not reproduce or distribute site content, trademarks or images without permission or a legal basis.
5. Orders, payments and delivery
Review specifications, price, quantity, delivery eligibility, shipping fees and total cost before ordering. The order and confirmation notices describe receipt and contract formation. Browsing a product creates no purchase obligation.
Available payment and delivery conditions are shown during ordering. If stock shortages, input errors or other circumstances prevent fulfillment, the user is informed and amounts paid are cancelled or refunded in accordance with law and payment procedures.
6. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Statutory cancellation, return, exchange and refund rights are preserved. Product and order notices explain relevant conditions and requests. These terms or an interface deadline do not remove legally protected rights.
Return costs for change-of-mind requests, defects and incorrect deliveries follow applicable law and conditions disclosed in advance. Refunds follow statutory deadlines and payment procedures. Support can also receive cancellation and dispute requests.
7. Interruptions and restrictions
Maintenance, outages or security responses may require temporary interruptions; reasons and recovery information are provided where feasible.
Misuse, unlawful conduct or repeated disruption may result in proportionate restrictions. Where possible, reasons and inquiry or appeal channels are provided. These terms do not exclude responsibility for fault or statutory obligations.
8. Withdrawal and privacy
Members may request withdrawal through My Account or support. Account information is deleted under the Privacy Policy and legally required transaction records are retained on a restricted basis. Pending orders, refunds and disputes remain subject to law and transaction conditions.
The Privacy Policy explains collection, use, retention, deletion, Google information and privacy rights.
9. Support and disputes
Contact support below with service and transaction complaints. Requests are investigated and handled based on the facts. Disputes are addressed under applicable law without restricting statutory consumer rights, including applicable court jurisdiction.
